Bio

Kylie West is an enthusiastic, energetic, innovative, and highly motivated senior education specialist with over 20 years of extensive learning and development and RTO experience incorporating governance, senior strategy, leadership, business development, customer service, quality improvement, executive operational and board positions in commercial, ASX, government, not-for-profit, community and government environments.
 
Kylie is also an experienced AICD commercial director. Holding senior learning management positions with organisations such as Foxtel, Ansett International, CERES, and Simmonds Homes. Kylie is currently the Head of Learning and Performance and RTO CEO at the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA 000), winner of the 2019 Victorian Training Awards, and finalist in the 2019 Australian Training Awards. Kylie holds currently holds positions on the Department of Justice and Community Safety RTO Board of Governance and is the current Secretary of ERTOA.
