Lydia de Mamiel has been a professional in the education and community services field for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience, working in teaching and management roles at TAFE and Community Services NFPs, showing a strong dedication to high quality vocational education and training.
Currently, Lydia is the Manager of Training Development, Support and Compliance at the WA Department of Fire and Emergency Services. In this role, she oversees a team that creates and maintains training products under a quality assurance system, for operational staff and volunteers across the state to perform their emergency services roles safely and effectively. These efforts ensure that both nationally recognised and enterprise specific training achieve high quality outcomes.
